John Patrick is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in organizational change, strategic partnerships, and education. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Change at Tulane University, John is responsible for implementing change management strategies in collaboration with university stakeholders. Previous roles include Director of Strategy and Partnerships at UC Berkeley Extension, where John established global collaborations to enhance educational offerings, and Strategic Advisor at Quadriga Consultants, providing insights to businesses on growth opportunities. As the co-founder of Gearcloud Labs, John developed AI applications for customer service, while also holding leadership positions at Deloitte, Kotter, Fortis Strategy, and IBM, where John led significant change initiatives and training programs. John holds advanced degrees from Stanford University and UCLA Anderson School of Management, along with executive education from Harvard Business School and HEC Paris.
