Peter Evenson is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel at Tuggle Duggins P.A. since March 2000, specializing in international procurement, construction contracts, hazardous materials regulation, automotive safety systems, and nonprofit foundations. In addition to this role, Peter has been an Adjunct Faculty member at the International Law Institute since 1982, where lectures on International Procurement have been delivered and contributions to procurement projects in Indonesia and Mauritius have been made. Prior experience includes serving as Of Counsel at Patton Boggs LLP from 1992 to 2000, focusing on domestic and international construction matters, and as Vice President at HMG, INC. from 1985 to 2000, where responsibilities included General Counsel and CFO. Peter holds a Juris Doctor in Tax Law from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from William & Mary.
