Nathan Fensterheim serves as the Mentorship Director for the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, where oversight of a mentorship program has led to increased participation and the inclusion of graduate students. Nathan actively competes as a team member in the Mottier Innovation Challenge, collaborating on startup ideas and prototype design. In addition, Nathan holds the position of Scholarship Chair in the Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity, assisting members in securing significant scholarships. As a founding member of the fraternity, Nathan contributed to its re-establishment on campus. Experience as a Consultant for the TAMID Group and a Customer Service Associate at Walgreens further demonstrates Nathan's diverse skill set. Previous roles include a Research Assistant at the Human Factors and Aging Lab and an Instructor at Mathnasium. Nathan is pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, expected to graduate in May 2024.
