Michelle de Lima is an experienced professional in community engagement and sustainable agriculture, currently serving as Engagement Manager and previously as Adult Programming Manager at The Trustees of Reservations since April 2015. Prior experience includes a role as Garden Educator at Boston Natural Areas Network, Inc. from March 2014 to March 2015, where Michelle taught urban gardening workshops. At Gaining Ground, from April 2009 to April 2013, Michelle co-managed a farm dedicated to growing organic produce for community meal programs. Additional agricultural experience includes positions at Cedar Mountain Farm and Littlewood Farm, as well as an educational background with a BA in Latin American Studies from Brown University, completed in 2005.
