Ella Boateng is a focused student researcher currently engaged at Tufts University in the Caspari Lab, exploring the complexities of teaching and learning in chemistry and STEM education. Previously, Ella served as a Product Engineer at SatioDX, contributing to the development of innovative medical devices. Ella has experience in research analysis from a prior role at Tufts University in the Nair Lab, which involved statistical and qualitative research, and has held leadership positions such as Programs Chair for the National Society of Black Engineers, where event planning and oversight were key responsibilities. Ella also played a significant role in organizing the Black Women's Empowerment Conference at Tufts. Ella is pursuing an education at Tufts University, having completed high school at Old Bridge High School.
