Debra-Lee Normand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both worship leadership and healthcare technology management. Currently serving as the Worship Leader at Light of the World Ministries since April 2014, Debra-Lee prepares worship lineups and coordinates tech teams for various services. Simultaneously, Debra-Lee holds the position of Senior Manager for Integrated Applications at Tufts Medicine since August 2021, showcasing expertise in electronic health record systems. Previous roles at Cerner Corporation included several management and team lead positions focused on clinical application support. Debra-Lee also has a strong background in IT and desktop support, having worked with organizations including Lowell General Hospital and Lifeline PC of Nashua. Debra-Lee's educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management from Southern New Hampshire University, obtained in December 2023.
