Spencer Carr is a professional trader with extensive experience in the commodities and energy sectors. Currently working at The Tudor Group since 2024, Spencer specializes in commodities trading. Prior experience includes roles as a trader and derivatives portfolio manager at Cathay Petroleum International Limited and as a trader focused on physical and financial energy trading at Castleton Commodities International from 2017 to 2023. Spencer's earlier career features positions as a market analyst at 8 Rivers Capital and as a portfolio analyst at LLBH Private Wealth Management LLC, as well as positions in natural resources private equity and alternative investment sales at Commonfund Capital Inc. and Commonfund, respectively. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Geology from Duke University.
