Kimberly Outlaw Ryan currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at Tucson Airport Authority, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked as a Contracts Specialist at Roche from 2014 to 2019. Kimberly holds a law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona.
