John Lee is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical support and digital communications. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Advisor/Support Engineer at Tucows since May 2017, John manages key enterprise accounts, collaborates with product teams, facilitates training, and oversees support operations. Prior roles include Digital Marketing Specialist at ConsulNet Computing Inc., where John managed client websites and conducted webinars, and Digital Communications Intern at Médecins Sans Frontières Canada, responsible for managing online content and social media. Additionally, John has experience in youth research and marketing roles, having worked with the Workforce Planning Board of York Region and the University of Toronto Residence Council.
