Maribeth is an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Creditors’ Rights Group.

Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, P.C., Maribeth was a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Gregory L. Taddonio and The Honorable Judith K. Fitzgerald (ret.) in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. In addition to her federal clerkships, Maribeth worked for a boutique creditors’ rights law firm in Pittsburgh. She also completed judicial clerkships with the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County.
