Don has more than 35 years of experience in all phases of oil and gas development including title matters, operations, production, sales, pipeline matters, financing, and mergers & acquisitions, as well as substantial experience with personal oil and gas investments. Don has a strong knowledge of the oil and gas business including field activities and has advised clients about both legal and operational issues. Recently, he advised owners of their rights in regard to pipeline rights of way and their rights to develop Marcellus Shale and other deep formations. He counsels clients on the economic benefits available to them, the legal protections to be sought and the field operations needed to drill and operate Marcellus Shale wells.
