Frederik Declercq is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and construction oversight within the rail industry. Currently serving as Manager of Project Delivery at TUC RAIL since February 2012, Frederik oversees a team of 70 employees, specializing in contracting and project management. Previous roles include Deputy Manager and Senior Construction Contract Manager, where Frederik was pivotal in the development of significant rail infrastructure projects, including the addition of tracks and facilities to enhance rail traffic capacity. Prior to TUC RAIL, Frederik gained valuable experience as a Site Manager for tunneling and drilling at DENYS NV and completed an internship at Dredging International. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Ghent University and recent studies at Vlerick Business School.
