Els Van Parijs is an experienced project engineer and manager with a strong background in infrastructure projects, primarily in Belgium. Currently serving as a project engineer at TUC RAIL since August 2022, Els also holds a position as bestuurder at PULS-E since July 2020. Prior roles include project management for De Lijn on the Spartacus tram line and senior project leadership at Tractebel Engineering S.A., overseeing significant studies in Antwerp.
