Nicole has previous experience as the Vice President of Marketing for North America at Tinder, where they lead digital shopper marketing engagements and operations for the Entertainment division. Nicole has also managed agency operations and campaign execution across large cross-functional teams for various companies, ensuring maximization of P&L through resource allocation and process efficiencies. Nicole has a proven track record in producing successful campaigns and initiatives that drive recruitment, engagement, and conversions.
Nicole Parlapiano has a MBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Fordham University.
