Jon Aldaiturriaga Tabar has extensive experience in engineering and production management, currently serving as Jefe de producción and Engineering Department Manager at Tubacex since February 2012. Previous roles include Plant Process Engineer at Tubacex and engineering internships at Iberdrola and Michelin, focusing on operational management systems and verification devices. Early career experience includes an internship at CENER, where analysis of vertical-axis wind turbine mechanical performance was conducted using MatLab. Jon holds a degree in Ingénieur Généraliste with a specialization in advanced materials for nuclear energy from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers and an Industrial Engineering degree from Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Bilbao.
