Samuel Akpan is a VoIP Support Engineer at TTx since March 2021, specializing in Mitel's Unified Communication System for clients and performing system programming and troubleshooting. Prior experience includes serving as a Classroom/Event Tech Support Assistant at the University of Dayton Information Technologies, where Samuel managed software installations and resolved customer complaints. Additionally, Samuel held the position of Student Orientation Leader at the University of Dayton, assisting international students in their registration process and fostering cross-cultural interactions. Samuel holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Afe Babalola University.
