Scott Fessler currently serves as Vice President and Agility Portfolio Leader at TTEC since October 2023, following a five-year tenure at FCR where Scott held the positions of Vice President of Operations, Sr. Director of Operations, and Site Director. Prior to FCR, Scott worked at North American Bancard as Vice President of Customer Care and spent over 18 years at First Data Corporation, culminating in the role of Director of Workforce Management. Scott began a career in management as General Manager at RC Theatres. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology from American Public University.
