Matthew Taylor is a highly experienced professional in the field of sales engineering and telecommunications. Currently serving as Senior Principal of Sales Engineering at TTEC since August 2022, Matthew previously held the role of Systems Engineer at ConvergeOne for over 17 years, where responsibilities included assisting account managers with Cisco-related solutions, leading team initiatives, and generating significant revenue through the sale of large contact centers. Earlier career roles included Lead Technical Support Engineer, where Matthew supported numerous clients and mentored junior engineers, and Telecommunications Analyst at CBCA, managing PBX systems and telecommunication contracts. Matthew also worked as an IBM AS/400 Support Engineer at M&I Bank and holds an education degree from Brown College.
