Diane S. possesses extensive experience in global executive compensation and total rewards management, currently serving as the Global Executive Compensation Director at TTEC since November 2022. Prior roles include Global Total Rewards Director at Multicolor Corporation, where Diane designed a corporate center of excellence for Global Total Rewards and realigned executive compensation. As Director of Total Rewards at The Andersons, Inc., strategic leadership facilitated a comprehensive program redesign during a major transition. Previous positions include AVP and Director of Total Rewards at State Auto Insurance, Owner and Consultant at Comp Leverage, Director of Executive Performance and Rewards at Nationwide Insurance, and AVP and Compensation Consultant at Huntington National Bank. Diane holds both a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, with additional studies at DePaul University.
