Barbie de la Torre-Quizan boasts over a decade of leadership experience in global operations, currently serving as Vice President of Global Operations at TTEC since November 2010, where previous roles included Executive (Senior) Director and Director for Operations. Prior to TTEC, Barbie held the position of Director for Site Operations at Stream Global Services and progressed through various management roles at TeleTech from 2004 to 2009, culminating in Senior Operations Manager. Early career achievements include a Team Leader role at ItouchPoint Technologies Inc and a brief stint as a Radio Announcer/DJ at RJ100 in 2002. Barbie earned a BA in Broadcast Communication, graduating cum laude from the University of the Philippines in 2004.
