Markus Plankensteiner serves as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at TTControl since March 2020, leading efforts in electronic control systems for off-highway vehicles. Prior experience includes founding inoqo, an app promoting environmentally conscious purchasing, and holding the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development at DESIGNA, a manufacturer of car park management systems. Plankensteiner has an extensive background at TTTech Computertechnik AG in various sales and marketing roles, contributing to innovations in Industrial IoT and safety controls. Additional leadership experience encompasses roles at Avnu Alliance and TTA-Group Consortium, as well as positions in product marketing and software architecture with firms like update software AG, CSE Systems GmbH, IBM, and CERN. Markus Plankensteiner holds multiple degrees in mathematics, business informatics, political science, and computer science from the University of Vienna and Technische Universität Wien.
