Dawn Hall is a Principal Consultant at TTC since April 2022, specializing in software assurance to enhance technology delivery for clients. Previously, Dawn held the position of Test Architect at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) from September 2018 to March 2022, overseeing the Test Operating Model and implementing automation tools. Earlier roles include Senior Test Manager and Test Practice Lead at TTC and Toyota New Zealand Limited respectively, where Dawn focused on establishing testing processes and strategies. Dawn's experience spans various organizations, including the Ministry of Education, Medical Council of New Zealand, and ANZ, demonstrating a consistent focus on testing excellence and effective communication with technical and business stakeholders. Dawn holds education credentials from Bridgend College of Technology and Maesteg Comprehensive School.
