Prior to their current role, Mark served in the United States Air Force for over a decade, where Mark held various leadership positions such as Director Aircraft Maintenance Operations and Learning & Development Coordinator. With a Master's degree in Human Resources Development/Management & Leadership and extensive experience in managing technical teams and aircraft maintenance operations, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.
