John D Marvin has extensive work experience, starting in 1981 as a Territory Manager for G.D. Searle. John D then held various positions, including Vice President and COO at Team Vision Network, Chief Marketing Officer at Mann Eye Clinic, and President at Marketing Management Group. Since 2001, they have been the President and CEO of TSO Network of Independent Optometrists, leading it to become one of the top ten retail optical companies in the US. John D is currently the President of Texas Eyecare Partners, LLC and will soon be the President of Health and Wellness Consulting in 2023.

John D Marvin obtained their high school diploma from Syracuse High School, where they attended from 1970 to 1974. John D then pursued higher education at Oral Roberts University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from 1974 to 1978. In 2014, they obtained certification as a Certified John Maxwell Professional Speaker, Trainer, and Coach from the John C. Maxwell Team.
