Lola Alma Aikins is an experienced animation professional currently serving as an Animation Trainer at Tshimologong Precinct's Mollo Academy since September 2023. Previously, Lola worked as a Visual Development Artist at BUTHANO PICTURES from April to August 2023, focusing on environment design for various projects. Lola also held the role of Film Director for a commissioned animated short film by the British Council in 2022, based on their New Narratives report. Additional experience includes traditional animation for the short film 'Sam the Hedgehog' at MAAN Creative in 2020, and participation in internship programs at Tshimologong Precinct and Minds Eye Creative between 2018 and 2019. Lola graduated from LISAA - L'Institut Supérieur des Arts Appliqués in 2018.
