John B. began their work experience in 1999 as an IT Consultant for CMS Management Services, where they developed various technical skills. John then worked as a Cisco Engineer for MSX International from 1999 to 2001. From 2001 to 2010, they served as the Manager of Information Technology for Teleperformance, USA, managing IT departments across multiple locations. In 2010, they joined Simplex Healthcare as a Sr. Telephony Manager/Engineer, responsible for managing contact center technologies and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Starting in 2011, John worked at Unify as a Technical Team Lead/Principal Support Engineer, playing key roles in team leadership, client training, and product support. In 2016, they became the Chief Information Officer at TSD Global, where they provided leadership and strategy for all IT processes. Additionally, they held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Order Solutions from 2016 to 2023. Finally, in 2018, they became an Executive Council Member at SINC USA, contributing as a subject matter expert on technology trends.

John B. attended the University of North Carolina at Pembroke from 2022 to 2024, where they studied Management Information Systems. In 2019, they completed a Certificate in Computer Science from Harvard Online. Prior to that, they attended Lake Michigan College from 2000 to 2003, studying Business Administration and Management. In 1999, they studied Management Information Systems at Michigan Technological University. In 1998, John obtained a certification in CCNA and CCNP from the Cisco Networking Academy. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Microsoft Office 365 in 2023 and Computer Science for Business Professionals in 2019.
