Kimberly Cirelli, PhD, is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in immunology and target discovery. Currently serving as Associate Director at TScan Therapeutics since November 2020, Kimberly has advanced through roles including Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist in the Target Discovery team. Previously, Kimberly held senior scientist positions at Vaxess Technologies and conducted postdoctoral research at the La Jolla Institute for Immunology, where significant contributions were made to understanding HIV responses in non-human primates. Kimberly's academic background includes a PhD in Microbiology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology, and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from The Johns Hopkins University. Teaching experience includes mentorship and teaching assistant roles at various educational institutions.
