Hans Van Hattem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Software Development Engineer at MINDEF (NL) since June 2019, Hans is responsible for maintaining and updating core systems. Hans also holds the position of Owner at CodeBoss B.V. since April 2015, focusing on software solutions for various organizations. As a co-founder of Rent 2 Friends, a startup dedicated to innovating the rental housing market, Hans plays a key role in developing its online platform. Additionally, Hans has owned OfficeSpecialisten and served as a Security Steward at TSC Crowd Management since February 2000. Previous experience includes managerial roles at ESC Software Consultancy and ESC Software from 1993 to 2000. Hans holds an Ing. degree in Transport and Logistics from Breda University of Applied Sciences and a VWO, Beta degree from Johannes Fontanus College.
