Jack Padfield is a Senior Internal Audit Manager at TSB Bank, focusing on model risk since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jack served as an Internal Audit Manager at Nationwide Building Society from September 2016 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading audits related to credit and model risk. Earlier experience includes positions as an Internal Audit Senior and Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting, with a foundation in a graduate scheme that encompassed various roles, including Treasury, Capital, and Model Risk. Jack gained initial experience as a Treasury Credit Risk intern at Nationwide Building Society and worked in customer service and replenishment at Homebase from 2011 to 2013. Jack holds an ACA qualification from the ICAEW and has earned a Master’s Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Management from the University of Bristol.
