Ana Solares is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in talent development and recruitment. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at TS4 - Tech Solutions for Strategy since July 2021, Ana has previously held positions including Coordinator of Talent and Development and Recruiting and Development Organizational Specialist. Prior experience includes roles at ITE Soluciones by ITE Corp as a Talent Development Executive and at AP Fundraising as a Human Resources and Organizational Development Assistant. Additional experience includes a recruitment intern position at Intertek and an HR intern position at Qualtia. Ana holds a Licenciatura in Psychology from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, completed in 2017.
