Rody Yuen began their work experience in 2014 as a System Administration Assistant at Wirelesswonders Ltd., where they were responsible for maintaining servers, checking for unusual behavior on databases, and testing and debugging app versions. In 2015, they had a short-term work experience at the Private Office of Johan Eliasch, where they prepared financial accounts, conducted research on market shares in the skiing industry, and updated financial expenditures. From 2017 to 2018, Rody worked as a Private Tutor for A-Level Mathematics, providing clear explanations and organizing lessons for students. In 2017, they also started working as a Project Manager at Wirelesswonders Ltd., managing software development, liaising with teams, and maintaining servers. Currently, since 2019, Rody holds the position of Finance Assistant at Tryzens.

Rody Yuen completed their high school education at Bishopshalt School from 2006 to 2013. They then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), graduating in 2016.
