Brian Alvarez-Bailey has a diverse and extensive work experience. Brian is currently an Entrepreneur at Techstars Miami Powered by J.P. Morgan, where they started in September 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded OffChain Tampa at OffChain Global in July 2022. In 2021, Brian served as the Chief Executive Officer at Allison. Brian also held the position of Entrepreneur In Residence at the Soaring City Innovation Partnership from May 2022 to May 2023, and at the Foundation for Community Driven Innovation from May 2022 to August 2022. In 2021, Brian worked as a Specialty Consultant at the Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council. Brian founded Ideas Are. in December 2015 and served as CEO & Founder until November 2021. Brian also founded Vocasity in January 2020 and Payment Approved in 2016, where they held the roles of Founder and VP of Product respectively. Additionally, Brian worked in Product Development & Project Management, Technology at Idea Incubator from December 2015 to September 2016.

Brian Alvarez-Bailey has a education history that includes two institutions.
