Nikki Badje currently serves as the Senior VP & Chief People Officer at TruWest Credit Union, a position held since January 2018, where responsibilities include leadership development and crisis management during the pandemic. Badje has been recognized as the "Professional of the Year" by the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) HR & Organizational Development Council and has participated in industry-related podcasts, such as “Creating Leaders Who Keep Their People Afloat” and “Human Element Critical for HR.” Prior experience includes roles as Assistant VP & HR Manager at TruWest Credit Union and medical billing/customer service at Inland Imaging. Badje holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Human Resources Management from Grand Canyon University.
