Rey Jacinto has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and reliability engineering.

From 2019 to 2022, Rey Jacinto served as the Sr. Regulatory Affairs Manager at iRhythm Technologies, Inc. In this role, Rey was responsible for leading the Regulatory department and overseeing various activities such as regulatory submissions, regulatory intelligence gathering, and regulatory operations.

Rey coordinated activities, managed a team, oversaw the implementation of a reliability plan, and delivered project updates to various stakeholders.
Between 2009 and 2010, Rey Jacinto held the role of Research Technician II at Advanced Sterilization Products, where they developed novel processes, implemented statistical confidence in product characterization studies, and authored various protocols and reports.
In 2007, Rey Jacinto worked as a Lecturer at UC Irvine, teaching advanced human physiology principles to a sizable group of students and creating teaching materials.

Rey Jacinto earned a Master's degree in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology-Comparative Physiology from UC Irvine, studying from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their education, they obtained certifications as a Green Belt from Johnson & Johnson in June 2013 and as a Certified Reliability Engineer from ASQ in October 2013.
