Rhonda Germany Ballintyn has been an advisor at TruU since May of 2022. Prior to that, they were a board member at Integra LifeSciences from January 2019 to May 2022. Rhonda also served on the board of Aegion Corporation from January 2017 to May 2021. Aegion Corporation was sold to Private Equity during their tenure.
Before their work in the private sector, Ms. Ballintyn was involved with the Germany Ballintyn Education Foundation (GBEF). GBEF is a non-profit organization that provides scholarships to students in need.
Ms. Ballintyn has also worked as a business executive for several companies, including the University of Michigan, Zapata Computing, Inc., and Hypertherm.
Rhonda Germany Ballintyn has a BSChE from the University of Michigan in Chemical Engineering and Molecular Biology and an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business in Finance and Strategy.
