Heidi Graves is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a diverse background in sustainability and community engagement. Currently serving as Experience Lead at Truterra, LLC since August 2023, Graves previously held the role of Associate Marketing Manager for Soil Health Services at Land O'Lakes, Inc. from April 2022 to September 2023. Prior experience includes positions as a Corporate Venture MBA Intern at Danone Manifesto Ventures and Food Systems and Environment Lead at the University of Michigan Ross Social Venture Fund. Graves has also worked as a Communications Officer at both Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA) and TechnoServe, and as an East Africa Communications Fellow at Village Enterprise. Earlier roles include Community Manager & User Researcher at Brigade and Community Manager at Causes.com. Graves earned an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, an MS in Environment and Sustainability from the University of Michigan, and a BA in History from UC Santa Barbara, complementing studies at the University of Ghana, Legon.
