Ollie Nelson is an experienced professional in the field of rewards and HR, currently serving as Director at Holland Park Reward since July 2023, while also holding the position of Reward Partner at Davies Group since April 2022. Ollie has been an Associate Member of CIPD since September 2016 and has previously worked as a Reward Specialist at both Yorkshire Building Society and Yorkshire Water. Additional roles include Reward and MI Specialist at The West Brom, HR Specialist in Reward at BBC Studios, and Reward Analyst at Barclays, where Ollie began as an HR Higher Apprentice. Before entering the reward sector, Ollie led a team at Money-Active LTD. Ollie holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from De Montfort University, awarded between 2008 and 2010.
