Previously, Sunaina held the position of Chief People Officer at Gong, driving the company’s growth in revenue intelligence. As Chief People/Human Resources Officer at Marqeta, Sunaina contributed to the company’s growth through high-performing teams and a strong emphasis on inclusion. At Navis, Sunaina led global People Success functions and later took on the role of Chief of Staff/COO to support strategic initiatives. Sunaina's earlier roles include MD of Global Talent Development at SVB Financial Group and Senior Director at Cisco, overseeing leadership and organizational development.
