Benjamin Monate has extensive work experience in the field of computer science. Benjamin founded TrustInSoft in 2012 and currently serves as the Founder & CTO. Prior to this, they worked at CEA from 2003 to 2013, holding various roles including Senior Expert, Head of Laboratory, and Researcher. At CEA, they were responsible for defining the technical and scientific strategy of the laboratory, managing budgets and workloads, and conducting research and development on formal methods platforms. Furthermore, they contributed to the creation of Frama-C, a platform for software analysis. Additionally, Benjamin worked as a Teacher Assistant at Ecole Polytechnique and Université d'Orsay Paris XI in the early 2000s.

Benjamin Monate completed a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) between the years 1998 and 2002. Prior to that, they pursued a DEA degree in Computer Science from ENS Cachan from 1998 to 2000.
