Hazel Gillings is a seasoned Environmental Social Governance (ESG) specialist with extensive experience in developing bespoke products and services tailored to client and investor needs. Currently serving as the Technical Director for Transactional ESG at Delta-Simons Ltd since January 2023, Hazel previously held roles including Group Internal ESG Lead at Lucion Group and Delta-Simons Ltd, where initiatives focused on carbon management and innovative ESG systems were developed. A former Associate at WYG Group, Hazel has a strong background in Environmental Due Diligence, Compliance, and Sustainability across various sectors, supported by a Master’s degree in Earth Sciences from The University of Manchester. Additional expertise includes guest lecturing at the University of Leeds and public speaking at client events.
