Benjamin Sanders has two years of work experience. From 2020 to present, they have been working at TRUST-CFO as an Analyst & Case Manager and Intern. Prior to this, they worked at Chipotle Mexican Grill from 2016 to 2020 as a Kitchen Manager. During their time at Chipotle, they oversaw the back-of-house operations, interviewed potential hires, and organized sales projections, team deployments, and prep sheets. Benjamin trained over 30 staff members, with several becoming managers themselves. Benjamin's team was acknowledged by the company, earning the achievement of "Restaurateur", a model store of top performers setting the example and expectations for other stores.

Benjamin Sanders attended Oakmont High School from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a High School Diploma. Benjamin then went on to the University of Nevada, Reno, where they graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
