Tony Panayiotou is an accomplished professional specializing in diversity, equality, and inclusion, with extensive experience in various leadership roles across both charitable and public sector organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at The Trussell Trust, Tony has previously held significant positions at Barnardo's as an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Advisor and Support Officer. As a self-employed consultant, Tony provided expert guidance on compliance with the Equality Act 2010 while also serving as Director of Diversity at Arts Council England. Additional experience includes roles at the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux and the London Borough of Hackney, where strategic planning and governance were pivotal.
