Gareth Phillips is an experienced professional in the recruitment sector, currently serving as a Community Volunteer for The Trussell Trust since June 2023. Previously, Gareth co-founded and served as Managing Director at Phildon from December 2014 to January 2023, specializing in recruitment for the (re)insurance markets across the Asia Pacific. Prior to this, Gareth was the Country Manager for IPS Group in Singapore from January 2009 to October 2014, where responsibilities included establishing a new office and expanding the company's presence in the region. Gareth began their career as a Consultant at Huxley Associates, focusing on technology recruitment within the insurance and financial services sector from 2006 to December 2008, contributing to the team that received the SThree Team of the Year award in 2007. Gareth holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and International Development from the University of Bath, obtained from 2002 to 2005.
