Kylee Johnson Rampton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event planning and management. As the Owner of Althea Travel since May 2019, Kylee focuses on creating world-class incentive programs. Concurrently, Kylee has been an Experience Creator at Truss since September 2015, overseeing the development and execution of international events while managing budgets and third-party contracts. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Global Development at Morris Meetings & Incentives and an Account Executive at both Eastman Radio and Katz Radio Group. Additionally, Kylee has been a Yoga Instructor at Core Power Yoga since 2009. Kylee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Southern Utah University.
