Michael R. has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to service, sales, and customer support. Michael started their career with Multitest in 2005, where they worked as a Product Specialist in Pre-Sales until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they were promoted to Teamleader Pre-Sales. In 2013, they briefly served as the Manager of Customer Support before being promoted to Manager of Global Customer Service Semi-Test, a role they held until 2019. In 2019, they joined Truma Geraetetechnik GmbH & Co. KG as Head of Sales Operations and later transitioned to the role of Head of International Service & Sales Operations in 2020.
Michael R. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences, Munich, from 2013 to 2016. In addition, they obtained a Master of Crafts in Information Technology from Meisterschulen am Ostbahnhof, München, in 2004 and 2005. Prior to that, they studied Electrical Engineering at FH Rosenheim, University of Applied Sciences, from 1999 to 2001, but did not complete a specific degree in this field.
