Teylor Brooks is an experienced manager with a diverse background in retail and operations. Currently serving as an Area Manager at Trulieve since May 2023, Teylor has also held the role of General Manager at Petco since August 2020. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Starbucks from October 2011 to August 2020 as a Store Manager, where Teylor successfully supervised a team of 55 associates, consistently exceeded store goals for 32 quarters, and trained numerous leaders with a high promotion success rate. Before Starbucks, Teylor was a Multi Unit Manager at Best Buy from August 2001 to October 2011, where strategic leadership led to the store ranking #1 nationally for credit card sign-ups and a substantial revenue increase. Teylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Arizona State University, completed in 2017.
