Chloe Grossman is an experienced legal and business professional with a strong background in the cannabis industry. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Chief Legal Officer at Trulieve, Chloe oversees a diverse business unit that includes legal, compliance, security, risk, and human resources functions. Prior to this role, Chloe held various positions including Executive Director and Director of Corporate Growth in a self-employed capacity, managing cannabis legislation development across the Caribbean and Central America. Additional experience includes serving as Managing Director at Alkhemist Holdings, Licensing and Policy Manager at Vicente Sederberg LLC, and Deputy Director roles at both the Council on Responsible Cannabis Regulation and VS Strategies. Earlier career stages involved project management at Denver Relief Consulting and a cannabis policy internship at the Drug Policy Alliance. Chloe holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Denver.
