Tim Lee is a seasoned mortgage professional with over 25 years of experience in mortgage origination. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Specialist at Truliant Federal Credit Union since April 2023, Tim has previously held significant positions including VP/Mortgage Loan Officer at CCNB – Coastal Carolina National Bank and Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Entegra Bank. Tim's expertise encompasses a range of mortgage products including conventional and FHA loans. Tim began a career in mortgage lending at First Savers Bank as AVP/MLO and continued to build a successful path through various roles at notable institutions. Tim holds a BS in Business from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University.
