Murali Sethuraman has extensive experience in technology and transformation leadership within the financial services sector, currently serving as Head of Retail Insurance Technology & Transformation, Head of ATM and Cards Technology, and Head of Branch Technology at Truist since January 2020. Prior to this, Murali worked at SunTrust as a Delivery Manager, overseeing cross-functional projects and leading teams with a focus on quality and timely deliverables. Murali's tenure at BB&T included roles such as Branch and ATM Channel Systems Manager and BPM CoE Lead, emphasizing design and development of various banking platforms. With earlier experience as a Systems Consultant at Gartner and various technical roles for notable clients, Murali possesses a strong foundation in technology solutions. Murali earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the College of Engineering, Guindy in 1993.
