Cooper Ambjorn-Olsen is an accomplished financial services professional, currently serving as SVP and Director of Client Advocacy at Truist since August 2022, leading a team of nearly 300 in escalated complaint management and client experience initiatives. With previous roles at Wells Fargo and Truist, including Head of Credit Journey Intelligence and Director & Product Manager for Consumer Payments Experiences, Cooper has been instrumental in redesigning client payment processes and establishing a data-centric client journey transformation practice. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Concentrix, Fifth Third Bank, Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, KeyBank, and U.S. Bank, complemented by a Master's degree in International Affairs and Political Economy from The University of Edinburgh and Bachelor's degrees from The George Washington University.
